First off, the proposition does not make any mention of a merger or take over!!! Secondly, the listed rational(s) for the proposition have already been accomplished!!! I will be making response to the Academic Study Cylinder suggested for reading in a little while, but for now I can say that seeing as the indicated rational for the proposition have already been accomplished, the need for giving the Board of Directors this discretionary right is not needed!
