I totally respect your right to consider the pros and cons of this suggested reverse split in order to determine your voting choice. Obviously you have done your due diligence and stated your change of opinion to a NO vote for which I respect you. I have also voted against this RS because I have never seen it work well for the share price and have had a lot of trouble understanding why management would ever put it forward.
