I did see JD's post with This RS is far from being a "done deal"...NOT all SPQ board members are in agreement with this RS....

JD is a hardworking member of this Board and obviously has a considerable stake in Spider Resources. I will assume that he has done his due diligence and that this information is correct.

Therefore - as Kelsee has mentioned - it is critically important that all investors have their say in regards to Resolution #12.
