Agoracom, is there any chance you may be interested in contacting Spider Resources and inqiuring as to your being given the OPPORTUNITY to assist in any future Private Placements Spider Resources may contenplate?

At least some of the EXISTING Share Holders in this company would like nothing more than the right, or short of that then at least the ability, to participate DIRECTLY in ANY potential future Private Placement Spider Resources may ever be considering. Not only would Spider Resources EXISTING Share Holders be able to directly assist in funding all future corporate activity but they would be able to do so on the basis of being informed and very interested Share Holders (Stake Holders if you like). Having access to the purchase of accompanying WARRANTS would be but an added substantial benefit to those EXISTING Spider Resources Share Holders who decided to participate in any such future Private Placement.
