Big point to consider is: Seeing that SPQ has rather extremely good relationships with NOT only Noront Resources, but also with UC Resources, WHO could possably benefit from a reduction in shares outstanding?

With a lower Float I would not be at all surprised to see these same Directors, whoever they may be, then push for a fast PP into a private Hedge Fund type setup. If this were to happen, WHO would reap VERY CHEAP and FAST undue reward????????

NOT the Existing Share Holders. That is for sure!!!!!!

Thus, we also need a Resolution stating that Existing Share Holders be given FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL on any future issue of new shares. Then the individuals who have invested in the company will also have the RIGHT TO FIRST REFUSAL on all future potential REWARDS that may be heading our way.

With this, can anyone out there think of ANY FUTURE POTENTIAL REWARDS coming SPQ's way?????????????????
