You say you don't like the RS....then vote NO

You can still support the management.

They are not mutually exclusive although i too think it was silly to propose the RS at this point in time.

They have money...why do they need the RS?

They have great properties, some of which aren't very active.

Why not try to exploit them and get money at the same time?

Rememeber the shareholders just buy shares....they don't issue them
