Good to see you speak up in defense of management. All these guys supported them until.........? One does not have to support every move they make but.....let's discuss the move. A reverse split I beleive is at the root of this emotional outburst. A reverse split can be very beneficial for a company. Most times I have seen a reverse split, it did not help a company. However, no matter what the company did to push up the price to make it look better, it failed. It failed because the company was going down anyway no matter what it did. Nortel is a case mentioned. No matter what Nortel did, it was a company in trouble, and it still is. A reverse split does not cure an ailing company of its disease. However, the last two that I held did a reverse split. As nervous and doubtful as I was from past observation, the shares took off shortly after. Again, it had little to do with the reverse split. It was because the company was about to succeed with its plans. The reverse split put the price at a respectable level where investors with money buy. Serious investors do not buy penny stocks, and do not even look at them. What small investors like many of us are, we do not like our 60,000 shares at 7 cents become 6,000 shares at 70 cents. Do the math. It is the same amount of money. The company has 242 M. outstanding ( approx. ) so that becomes 24 M. ( approx. ) I like the ring of 60,000 better than 6,000 but I expect this move to help us a lot more than most of you do. I support management on this. I hope they are as successful as my last two reverse splits were. Think it over!!!!
