first of all thank you for being blunt with your feelings.

i really apreciate it, propbably because i have the same concerns.

• firstly, i too have been invested with spider since the early ninties
• yes, and i too have wondered: where is Neils true allegiance, NOT or spq
• and did Neil purposefully feed NOT info rather than have it benifit SPQ
• and, wHAT IS NEIL doing to bring SPQ into the "big" league ect ect ...as you say being a CEO it is not just about geology.

i have pondered these questions very, very critically over the past few years and have had the same emotions you have.

just ask the people who were with me in the shareholders get together at starbucks after our AGM ...where we witnessed the defeat of the crazy RS.

...snugs OR JD will tell you how critical i was about Neil and the BOD.. .

OK: now i swtill have the same concerns BUT ..i also must remain objective:

• NOT has been around for a long time in the ROF ...I remember them being there in the ninties too ...not as early as SPQ ...but they have a long history in the ROF AS WELL.
• I now beleive that they just happened to have their claim in the right spot and of course neil knows a good deal of where to target drills. ...anywhere in the ROF
  
• who knows: going forward from here, it may be the case thaqt SPQ or FWR or FNC find even more spectacular drill targets... this remains to be seen.

on the issue of bringing SPQ forward in a "big" way: this is actually part of what Neil is working on right now:

• he wants to produce an over-all 431-01 to summarize SPQ in the ROF ..but this will cost some money ...thus the recent pp
• i beleive i got it wrong when assuming the PP money would be for drilling ...Snuggs got this right ...the PP is for the 43-101 and other administrative costs accomplishing exposure through the sedar compliant doc. to attract big partners or big loaners. ( i am awaiting an e-mail back from Neil to verify this)

anyways, i am not out there to blanket Neil with unconditional acceptance ...but i was encouraged after talking to him today..

when i phoned him i was not so happy... but after some assurances as to where we were going strategically i was more confident.

if you have suggestions as to what we might do as a company lets hear them ...this is what this forum is for.

again thanks for you thoughts thus far ..i appreciate them very much.

...ONE LAST THING: i beleive it would be great if we arranged a meeting with neil in person to go over everything ...perhaps we shoud start down this road as a possibility.
