Thanks for taking time to go to the AGM and to report your findings. You're a man of both 'talk and action' doing your own due diligence. I know others would have like to have attended but had other commitments.

Your report with regards to IBK is good. I have met Mike White of IBK personally a number of times, and I think he's a good guy. (I know others would disagree but I don't find that unusual.) Rick Hamelin (Director) is the guy who is Spider Resources finance interface with IBK.

I still think IBK will be able to provide the mechanism by which Spider Resources will get the necessary drilling money for 2009 into 2010. This may change if the Freewest Option agreement is altered, however. Were there any questions with regards to this Agreement?
