With regards to your statement:

If you chatted with Neil Novak today he would probably say YES. He's been drilling on the JV property for quite some time. And if you look a little deeper, you will find some exciting mineralization other than chromite has been found including PGEs and a bunch of "iums".
In know the scenerio has been broached before but what if SPQ/KWG were to get more $$$ for continued drilling on these lands for PGEs, "iums", and nickel (godvelskite hints at this)? After all, Neil Novak hired a firm (MICON) to write the upcoming 43-101 because of their expertise not only in chromite but also in PGEs.
It's a scenerio I find very attractive and worth the 10 cent share price alone.
