I can't explain it much more. Go to thestreet com or yahoo com and look under symbol CLF for story in Cliffs and China. She basically said investors have not factored in the Chromium acquisition from FWR yet. She believes that is worth about $5/share for Cliffs, not reflected in current Cliffs shareprice right now.
