I stand chastised. However, the items in your list are challenges that must be met in any commercial venture or construction project (have you tried building a house or even a garage lately) every one is trying to cover their proverbial asses. You needpermits from this agency and that agency and serveyors certificates and engineers certificates and clean water etc... all they really want is to be able to assess the blame on someone else so as long as you have a qualified person saying its good it usually goes ahead..

This project is too big to be stalled for long by any 1 organisation in my opinion and it will happen. I am long on this area. and may move from stock to stock as my fancy takes me, but I have my core stocks.

I think your objections are valid and I will try to curb my enthusiasm at least as it pertains to written word.
