Who is considered #1 in this situation.CLF,NN or us? Accumulation by CLF,if that is actually happening at this time is probably going too slow due to the high number of shares being held by us tight fisted retail investors.The solution for CLF would be the RS proposal to shake out shares.Most of us know where the sp commonly goes after a RS and that is usually down.If CLF is behind this move then it means that they are applying pressure on NN or attempting to get him to comply.Watson knuckled under,will Novak?
