Does anyone know whether the shares outstand include any preferred shares as opposed to common Shares. If there are preferred shares outstanding this may help explain the reasoning behind wanting a reverse split at this time. If this is the case and they were as part of the deal to convert the preferred shares into common voting shares, (which apparnetly they can do) retails holdings would effectively be diluted and this could change any future voting pattern. (takeover etc)
