Great post Snug, but I think NN is Living in a dream world if he thinks he can defend against a hostile takeover by CLF. The R/S idea is way to late and very foolish at this point in time.

NN's time would have been better spent getting retail on his side rather than marginalizing them. Quotes like "a R/S will bring in more Serious Investors" gets me a little pissed off, we got SPQ to where it is now but it seems like he thinks we are just baggage today.

Jr's find deposits and sell them that is the way things work. SPQ has not the capital or the management skills to bring this deposit to a mine. So a major like CLF or another in the shadows will be needed and I am all for that as long as we get fair value and do not get hung out to dry like FWR.

If SPQ is still around by September I will be very surprised so why the NR of a R/S? He sees the writing on the wall why put out a N/R to damage the sp at this point in time?
