Probably the most important point made was the fear of a hostile takeover. Even at today's share price, a hostile takeover attempt would have to have a serious premium attached to have any chance of success. If Neil's vision includes something superior to that, it is ok with me

FWIW, after discussions with a few associates, we have decided that, barring any new developments between now and the AGM, that we will support the RS. The market appears to have given us a bit of a haircut, because of it, but I expect the selling is over, and the bottom is in. The 43-101 could negate that drop in a flash, if it is as good as Neil seems to indicate.
