I do not think CLF's is going to let NN get his ducks in a row. I have a feeling that a hostle take over will come swiftly after the release of the 43-101. CLF will be able to show to its shareholders the value of SPQ and the game will be over.

What people will settle for and people will settle ie FWR for a lot less than SPQ is worth.

The one thing that could change the mix is the entrance of another major, but I will not hold my breath.
