Thanks for the feedback Snugs. I anxiously await the NI43-101 in order to make an informed decision on the R/S proposal. I am gun shy about R/S proposals having personally been burnt by one in the past, but I can see where each situation must be considered on it's own merits. I will go on record that I did attend the last AGM when the SPQ R/S was defeated (I was a NO vote) and I still think that was the right move at that time. This is a different time and the position that SPQ is in is very different for sure. Lets hope Neil can get the report out BEFORE the AGM to allow a fair opportunity for his long suffering shareholders to make an "informed" decision based on facts and not emotion or speculation....
