I think that the KWG decline in SP is partially due to the relationship it has with SPQ, where both having an equal % in BD, so it is like in sympathy. That, and someone could be drawing them down, and holding them back, for the purpose of keeping their market caps low, for a cheaper takeover bid.

This is only my opinion, and I could be very wrong.
