I honestly don't think Neil Novak and the BOD have any idea who is buying and selling SPQ shares. Certainly anyone can phone him and ask, but he will you he hasn't the faintest idea who "anonymous" is, or who is buying and selling at the TD Bank, etc.

He is no different than any other investor. And who at the TSX or any of the buying/selling institutions would give him knowledge of "buyers and sellers"? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that would give anybody - including Cliffs - a huge advantage.

It's a cop-out to spin conspiracy theories; it's a cop-out to call Neil a "wimp" when you've never talked with him; it's a cop-out to think Neil is crapping on his investors buying selling a few shares before the AGM package comes out. Just because people don't get their way does not mean NN is out to sc**w his investors. His record of discovery and hard work in the ROF seems obvious to me.

Once again, I state it very clearly: He wants to make a good buck off his hard work, just like you and me. Why would he sc**w those people he needs most of all: the retail investor? He knows Cliffs is lurking. Please tell me.
