The deposit has not dissappeard Snug, Somehow, I still believe that CLF will be making an offer, hopefully not as low as you suggest (12 cents). By now CLF should also realize that if the offer is not fair we will turn it down in the same way as the RS was. I would thankfully take anything higher than 50 cents. Cliff has the perfect opportunity and money to make the offer in the next several months before the markets rebound. I still believe that CLF wants SPQ out of their way and will proceed with the offer. Lets just hope that CLF and large institutional friends do not start buying SPQ and are able to vote in their favour as they did with FWR's offer.
