Lets all suggest that SPQ and KWGshould maybe join together and stop this takeover .

13 cents = nothing but aggravation...IMHO

Remember they paid $ 240 million for 47 percent of the project by buying Freewest.

Now they offer just over $200 million for the remaining 53 percent. which includes all other claims and projects .. is JUST .NONSENSE

Now start thinking and remember .....

Jointly they would have

-Diamond projects..

-Canada Chrome..the Rail link to the project..

-The future smelter royalty that will last for years

-Include any and all mineral findings on these claims in the upcoming years.

-Include all money raised and now sitting in both the companies treasury.

-By spending 10 million jointly they would together gain another 7 percent of the project making them 60 percent owners.

-Yes .. this would be a far better outcome and give us the strength in any future attempt to buy us out

-Ifall else fails.... tell Cliffs that
