Much has been stated here today about the huge turnover of both SPQ and KWG. I read it to be 36m for SPQ and 32m for KWG.

Although this is generally a good sign, and has served to drive our closing price to where it is; Well above the .13 offer, we should be also very wary about who is doing the buying. While one can speculate that it is going to mostly be arbitrage traders who see a higher final offer down the road in the same fashion as FWR, it could be something very different this time.

I do not have the knowledge to keep a running total on different houses, but have seen something similar posted here by others. Perhaps someone could volunteer to post this as an daily update over the next little while. It would not be for a long period of time. Perhaps just until the price tops the 30 cent barrier.
