It is ineteresting that JONES bought on both sides(KWG&SPQ) so many shares and it will be much more interesting to know for whom they are working. Maybe CLF? My opinion that for CLF will be easier to take over KWG because they have already 20% in it. And yes from Yesterday, new KWG will have double number of shares that old KWG has but it doesn't matter right now. It seems that 13 cents is bottom for new KWG company since I strong beleive that this company will be done deal and weak hands will gone until that merge day. Take over offer from CLF? Maybe but who knows? Everything is possible. 3rd party? Probably, but after merge.
