It is very important for all investors to realize that Spider Resources and KWG Resources will no longer exist at the conclusion of this summer, at least in the ROF. Cliff has a large pot of cash (about $400 million) and they want Big Daddy. They have indicated that they are going to be cheap on it.

The only way for us to maximize our profit is to merge. As I said above, and Don did in his post, both SPQ and KWG are going to be bought. Period. The only way to force Cliff to pay a decent price is to join the two companies so that Cliff cannot divide and conquer.

When the voting comes out, reject Cliff and vote for the merger.
