Cliff's is smoooth! They have been in the takeover game a long time. They have a bevy of lawyers and Harvard business graduates. More important they have MONEY. They have TIME (a gamble on their part). They have the BLACKS Thor etc. They have a good hold on KWG (19.9%). They have enough friends with enough shares to control the market(imo).

They have a bag full of tricks and know how to use them.

We have 1 weapon...If we REFUSE to sell they CANT BUY!!! That my friends is short and sweat answer. Alot of us have been holding SPQ\KWG shares a long time. We are so close it would be a shame to short sell ourselves now...

I believe Cliffs want our companies (why else make an offer) they are a good fit and will help tie up the ROF. If we want our JUST DESERTS we have to wait them out. In my opinion that will not be a long wait.
