Today they made their intentions clear. This is much better and far more honest than sneaking around buying shares through intermediaries and trying to hide their intentions.

Have they 4% or 14% only time will tell. The main thing is they are in this to win. They have as I've said all along made a decision to buy the rest of this play.

They will try to sew this up before we see the 43-101. Tomorrow we'll see how far this pushes the shares up. That will decide if a new offer will be made on the weekend or they will keep picking away for another week or so.

In all likelihood though they will try and close this deal in the next week.

As the saying goes “Where there's smoke there's Fire".

Enjoy the ride and each can decide when he or she wants in or out.

There is never enough information in this investment business but today we have good solid information on Cliff's intentions.

Use this to advantage.
