RockStar... Some mention has been made that KWG would be opening itself to law suits for breaking some of their existing contracts with CLF. Chris assured me this is not the case. All existing contracts will be honoured. Now, of course, anything can be 'renegotiated'. As per the infrastructure, all he said was that the proposed rail line is virtually the only way a rail line can go without meeting extremely high building costs and it was a really strategic move by KWG to have claimed the route. Also, the NSR could be very valuable, perhaps as much as $30,000,000 a year.
FWR was stolen, we all know that but Chris said some of the bigger companies at that time were very worried about their own existance and, in many cases, could not afford any extra debt. Such is not the case at present whereby some of these same companies have very healthy bottom lines and can afford to throw their hat in the ring. Let's hope so. I have faith in management and Cannacord Genuity in getting a good share price!!
