Could you clarify the word "event"?

If you mean the SPQ-KWG merger, or matters noted in news releases (NRs), we - the retail shareholders - need to dialogue fully and intelligently on these matters. There are many intelligent and gifted shareholders on this board willing to share information and intelligence.

Should we need to band together to assist the Spider Resources and KWG BODs to deal with the Cliffs hostile takeover (and that's what it is), then we need to use the "social media" i.e., the Agoracom boards, to communicate with each other on the direction(s) we need to take. It worked with the Noront proxy battle; it can work here.

Have no doubt, there are paid lobbyists on these boards. There are people with nothing better to do than spread dis-information. So we'll have to be smart, and quick - if and when we're needed.

I have contacted the Spider Resources office once again (this time by email) indicating to them that the retail shareholder is watching, and ready to help if needed.
