Smoke and mirrors - This gives me an idea; now don't dump on me if you think this idea is dumb or racist - I am not a racist, but you will have to decide on dumb or not for yourselves, so here goes:

Suppose all retail shareholders, or at least most, donated a small percentage of their KWG/SPQ shares to the benefit of the first nations communities - say 5 or 10 %. I believe a tax credit could be generated to offset the individual investors cost of this transaction.

Now, what do you you think would be the first nations reaction if Cliffs tries to steal their shares?!?! They would be in a position to really derail Cliffs. Cliffs has too much invested in this area already to walk away.
