Cliffs could walk away if the cost is greater than the benifit in a heartbeat, same as we can walk away from a stock at a loss if it shows to be stagnated with bad results. Good? or Bad? if Cliffs was thrown out. Bad if they walked away? Good if they stay for those left to use the infrastructure? Where is the government to lead the way? Are they sitting watching untill after the rumble to pick up the survivors and give them transportation?
