Wow, see what happens when I am away for the weekend?
As far as I am concerned, Cliffs can shove their weakly 'superior' offer right up their caboose.
With the KWG valuation about to be released, I think that Cliff is hoping that they will shake a few more cheap shares loose at 16.5 cents. I wouldn't be surprised to see volume over 10 million tomorrow. Too bad, a lot of people are going to be selling too early in the game.
While KWG and Spider may have to massage the merger details a bit, I think that is still the better way to go.
Control of Big Daddy, and the first ever major North American chromium mine is at stake here. Cliff needs to quit trying to screw us, and come out with the real offer.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out, Cliff.
