KWG was advised in todays NR to stop with the preceding of the valuation. KWG will need to complete this at their own expense now to show that number. Lets hope KWG feel confident that their valuation is "superior" then Cliff's offer today.

I was taken back with the counter offer and honestly did expect it to be in the mid twenties. Cliff is not backing up the truck to secure this one. KWG need to step up and hopefully with another intersted party.
