Watch out for Cliffs shareholders who want KWG and will be buying cheap to give/vote to their company, which is Cliffs. Sneeky ba$h terds. They will be also buying Spq shares to attempt to stop the merger, it doesn't have to be Cliffs, it can just be Cliffs shareholders who want Cliffs to own this multi-billion dollar resource for peanuts as it will benifit them. Don't give it away, fight back by not selling. They want and they will pay, they need this or are doomed with a lrge but not the best resource. KWG/SPQ can be the control so Cliffs will have to pay to stop that.
