Sorry the merger willl not proceed, CLF will keep upping the anti until CLF reaches enough shares to vote your merger down. KWG, I do not have a good feeling about and is why I sold the remaining shares yesterday to trade them in for SPQ. I presume CLF is not very happy with KWG at the moment.

P.S. I am more concerned with SPQ's final offer then the Hub Leaders of this board.
