I'm guessing that today, it will turn back into a Mexican stand-off.......

I still don't get why the price is not circulating around the .165 and .17 mark rather then the .16 tp .165 mark. At least for the duration of CLF's offer.

To me at this juncture its money on the table until the offer is removed, that is assuming that SPQ and KWG merge.
