As KWG was trading at .025/.03 at the time, it appears that they paid a mill in cash and shares, with another mill to come within one year. RN obviously did well for himself there if he held on to those shares and warrants, as they would be worth 2.4 mill at today's stockprices and likely a lot more to come shortly.
