The onlypackages you need to bother about if you are for the merger is the proxy form that says in large black print, "VOTING INSTRUCTION FORM, SPIDER RESOURCES INC" It will give you a control number of twelve digits. You can phone 1-800-474-7439 (English) or 1-800-474-7501 (French). Follow the instructions. They will ask for your control number and then give you Press 1 or Press 2 or Press 3 for your preference on voting. If you are voting for the merger you are always pressing 1. Or you can go to www.proxyvote.com on the internet.
