One thing that I would suggest some people should say to them is, "Do you think you'd have better success if you offered the same price to KWG at the same time as Spider, instead of trying to screw over one company? Doesn't that seem like you are taking the moral low road in this situation?"
And if they ask if you also own KWG, tell them that it's none of their business whether or not you do. They won't have the KWG shareholder lists, so they can't cross-reference shareholders. This is another mistake that they made, in not putting in a formal offer for KWG.
