With regards to any of Spider's holdings, kimberlite or other mineralization, I have to assume that if this deal goes through, Cliffs owns (as they say in French) - "toute la chose". Everything.

I don't think Cliffs is interested in kimberlite so I expect Neil to resurface in some fashion or other. Diamonds are his first love. He'll be back.
