I see your point.. just need to talk it out..

Now, SPQ has made some kind of deal. Do they not need to present that to us? Do we not have the right to vote.

Or is it more that they have conceded and all we can do is refuse to sell / tender?

Posters have brought up the issue that if they lose then maybe we can force some more pennies from them.

However, we must also look at the flip side of this.

If CLF still wins what are we left with? Is SPQ gone? Or are we left with shares in a headstone to remind us of what once was.

Will we be forced to sell when they get their 50.1%???
