It's not that I don't think that gold is headed higher. As a matter of fact I think that 1600 is straight ahead. The five pillars are a given with their influence on gold.

What I question is that TRE is going in the opposite direction to the price of gold. Common sense will tell you that if this continues over the next few weeks that TRE is losing value. The stock simply cannot keep going down with gold going up no matter how many shorts there are. Sooner or later there would have to be enterprising longs that would see monster profits in clobering the shorts. If those longs don't see the profits, then there is something that is off the radar that is very significant depressing the price of the stock.

The chart acts as a navigating instument. If 7.50 does not fall by end of April completeling the reverse head and shoulder and confirming the one year trend line then that tellls us something is worng.

If 7.5 does materialize but 9 does not then something is really wrong. No matter how busy the boys and girls are in Tanzania building a company not having time to focus on the stock value, they better do something about this stock value; otherwise, something is wrong that they won't tell us.

As I said earlier this has nothing to do with whether TRE has lots of potential or not. This discussion is not about that. This discussion is about performance. Either the performance is there or it is not.

To that end it is about seeing 7.50 in the next few weeks; confirming the year long trend line and the near 10 year trend line; seeing TRE take out 9 as gold heads towards 1600.

These are black and white objectives leaving nothing to the imagination. This turns this discussion into a rational and productive discussion.
