Essential Energy Services VS Tuscany International Drilling

Happy Family Day everyone!

I was looking at Essential Energy Services and attempted to compare it with TID.

Except that the former has no debt, the later (TID) has 80m in debt, Essential has merly 71 m shares while TID has almost 3 times , about 200 m.

Can some one comment on the differences between these two drilling firms on the technical side. WHose equipment is more state of the art and who has more experience. Both operate in Colombia, essential also operatres in Canada, TID only in colombia.

Is Essential a "drilling" company., its names says energy servies, or is there any difference beween energy services and drilling.
