Believe: It's difficult to compare the two companies. Believe has 52 drilling rigs, but one doesn't know how many are brand new, or purpose built for South America, or whether they have interchangeable parts. Tuscany has all brand new, purpose built rigs with interchangeable parts to save costs. All of Tuscany's 17 rigs are in South America whereas Essential only has one intermediate drilling rig and one workover rig in Columbia at present. I'm not sure what the other rigs do like coiltubing and rod rigs do but it sounds like they are used for fracking tight oil or gas seams. Most of Essential's rigs are in Canada and they cannot operate for much of April and May due to road bans in Alberta and Saskatchewan so this is lost money, whereas road bans don't exist for Tuscany in Colombia, Equador, Peru or Brazil. So it appears that Tuscany's contracts will be more lucrative at an initial glance. While Essential has a lot fewer shares, what is it's current debt positiion? While Essential is really well known in Canada, it is not known at all in Colombia. Tuscany has about a year jump on Essential in South America in terms of marketing it's services, and setting up offices and camps and recruiting skill south american drilling crews.

I'm sure that both Essential Energy Services and Tuscany Energy Services will both do very well in Columbia. As always, it's management, management, management. I know exactly nothing about the management of Essential Energy Services, however, my money is on Walter Dawson and his management team at Tuscany. To me they are the decisive factor.
