I, for one, would take that money and run.

Tesla is at $236 this morning. Even at 10 ZEN shares for one Tesla share that's an equivalent value of over $23/share for my ZEN shares (a fair price at this time).

Even if I don't like that pay-off I can hold the Tesla shares. I suspect the Tesla shares may be worth more as they ramp up the production of cars that use the "Albany Green" batteries.

Some ZEN folk could then afford to buy the new Tesla S.
