Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
2 Billion? That is a bit optimistic IMHO. That would be about $33 per share. Not that I would complain but that may be a bit out there.
I think a 'low' bid would be $10 per share and do keep in mind that we could have either a friendly or hostile take over bid. A hostile bid would be much lower. Thankfully, the insiders have a significant controlling block and won't sell or recommend a sell for pennies on the dollar.
If and whan this damn bidding war were to materilize, it is also the time that Ken Stowe makes his presence known. Any 'cheap' or 'lower end' bid from a miner or end user/miner could/should/would result in Stowe using his connections to attract a better deal.
As much as we scratch our heads about why someone has not jumped in yet, we do have to remember that there is conflicting things happenning such as the wait for price confirmation, the junior market malaise, the big miners cutting back, etc. Lots of balls in play. The one thing we can be ceratin of - a lot of miners and end users are well aware of this project and the possible financial magnitute of it.
The best thing the Company can do is get the PEA out and provide price verification. Once this occurs, I would be very surprised to not see some bids for all or part of the property start coming in. I was going to type "I would be shocked" but in the markets one never knows why something does or does not happen when it logically should.
The junior market is in such need of a boost, I hope ZEN will be the catalyst. There are a lot of good undervalued projects out there.
