Hydrothermal Graphite Deposit Ammenable for Commercial Graphene Applications
Good assessment of where we are, and it is the Market perception as you state and thus the market malaise in SP/MCap. The market fails to “read between the lines” as we ZEN Long Investors do and versus our projections of much morevalue. ( 10% In-Situ at $1.2B to a NPV $2.4B vs todays MCap $105M)
Just as an aside, the $2.4B NPV is based on a 10% discount rate. Most if not all the recent PEA's and PFS's use 5%. If 5% is plugged into that spreadsheet the NPV is $3.97B.
SInce we are in hurry up and wait mode, I will repeat what AE told me about these NPV calculations. "If operating today based on the 43-101 numbers this would be the highest margin mine in the world". The 43-101 had the selling price at $8,500 per tonne and the cost around $1,700 per tonne. OBVIOUSLY they have done multiple NPV calculations and if the numbers in the PEA prove out or improve upon the 43-101 numbers the NPV of this project is "staggering". I put that is quotes becuase that is the exact term used by AE himself.
I fully understand that is is hard to wrap our heads around a sub $2 stock being worth $20. I get that, but sometimes the market is just plain wrong for a long time.
If the numbers prove out, every miner worth his salt will want a piece of this. Most miners are working on 0-20% margins, not 80%.
Put yourself in AE's shoes with 5M shares or Stowe's & Charar's shoes with a load of cheap options - if you know the above numbers to be 'true' then you know what the value is.And you really don't acre about the daya to day price. You know the property can't be stolen from you becuase of the share structure so you can afford to be patient and let the market come to you. For us, this is painful since we crave news, updates and a better price. For them they know the value will be realized in some manner in short order.
I know this is all repetitive information but if the PEA validates the above numbers this truly will be a one-of-a-kind project, both in terms of geology and profitability.
