I_C_, One would suppose that ALL the ND companies would have access to the PEA at the same time. I would think that ZEN would be legally bound to disclose the economics to each of these entities but perhaps not the public. The bidding would then take place til a buyout price was accepted. The public gets to know if the PEA was "outstanding" by the bidding prices or accepted bid for buyout. This is just speculation on my part. An interesting question for discussion. the deputy
