You can spin in circles on the PEA/NPV/BUYOUT scenarios or you can simplify things by believing that the BOD will want to get top dollar . If you believe this then you don't have to worry about anything sneaky going on behind the scenes or the BOD accepting an inferior bid, etc.I.C.

All true here.But this time and this mine will be different in terms of who,s going to decide the final value for the Albany deposit.The only one who can and will decide how much the Albany deposit is worth will be the future end-users hence how much they wish to pay for it.It will not be negotiated by the miners even though a miner still has to be the one to extract the graphite from the ground. .The ultimate price will be decided by potential end-users.I hope there,s a bidding war between them.
