This statement that I_C makes is what I think is the law and ZEN management must abide by it, or they break the law. ZEN is not about to do that. This includes verbal conversations to tell another party what is in the PEA. All someone with an NDA contract with ZEN gets to know is what is specified in the agreement. This would not be close to all that is in a PEA. We have also been told there will be more in this PEA than what is usually found in some PEA's.

Zenyatta management has so far maintained a tight control of news, and I expect that to continue. So nobody is going to get " tipped " off and that includes prospective buyers. We will not see anything until the report is finished and reported to the public in an NR.

All this is simply my opinion. How much our shares will be worth is simply a guess. I believe that AE and the BOD want every cent they can get, and that suits me just fine. I have my number (s) and until I see the PEA and some explanation of it, I do not intend to bite the first hook with bait I see.

I have no idea when this is all coming to a head. I wonder if anyone does? I will be very surprised if the Zenyatta story does not top the Big Score.
